Role:
Fortice are working closely with the Directors of a tech scale-up consultancy looking to build out their defence and security practice, growing their reputation in the secure space. Popular among management consultants looking for a greater level of autonomy and flexibility whilst delivering complex digital transformation projects aligned to the UK’s Public Sector and National Security capability.
As part of their ongoing growth plans, our client aims to be the consultancy for all aspects of complex secure environment projects, programmes, and portfolios; working collaboratively with end clients to deliver insight, problem solving and learning. They aim to increase shareholder value by delivering year on year growth, developing internal capability and market diversification. The business continues to bring in experienced and graduate Consultants alike. With an office in Bristol, as well as onsite presence in Cheltenham and London, you will have the opportunity to work in the office, on-site, or hybrid. You will be working on an interesting range of projects that deliver into Central Government customers and as such, you will need to hold a high level of UK Security Vetting.

Process:
You can typically expect a two-stage process which is typically completed in one week. You will first have a virtual meeting with one of the recruitment team which lasts between 30-45 minutes. This will be a refreshingly open discussion around the company and their journey so far as well as a chance to speak more openly about you, with an emphasis on recruiting the right people to fit in with the wider business culture.
Following this, a final stage 60-90 minute face-to-face will be arranged on-site where you can expect to delve further into your background and technical skill set as well scoping out what a potential role would look like.
There may be the need for a third chat, depending on various circumstances. If needed, this will likely be follow-up chat to ensure both parties are happy moving forwards.
