Role:

Fortice are working closely with a UK defence agency who are looking to build out their Infrastructure Engineering team. Popular among individuals looking for a unique and challenging role where they’re able to develop their professional skills and career whilst delivering complex digital projects aligned to the UK’s Defence and Public Sector.

They have requirements for ambitious and creative Infrastructure Engineers at a senior level with strong VMware and RHEL experience. You will be working across multiple teams to enhance the user experience and delivery of a suite of critical, high availability applications and will be responsible for developing and automating workflows.

Tech Stack:

Their culture of learning allows them to consider Engineers who are eager to pick up certain skills in the process and don’t precisely meet their specifications.  Skills in the following areas are highly desirable:

Back End – Java | Python | PowerShell | Bash

Tooling – GitLab | Jenkins | DockerX | VMware | Ansible

Operating Systems – UNIX | RHEL

You will be working on an interesting range of projects that deliver into Central Government customers and as such, you will need to either hold or be eligible for a high level of UK Security Vetting.

Process:
