James leads our values based, purpose-driven collective of high-performing people by challenging recruitment stereotypes and delivering an honest, innovative service. As a father of two young boys, making the UK a safer place and helping to build a prosperous economy are two areas that James is really passionate about and where he uses his skills to make a difference. When James isn’t helping to build secure tech teams you’ll find him at his brother’s boxing gym or chasing a football.

Alex is a determined, hardworking, family oriented, glass half-full kind of team player who loves rugby, football and running. Will came to Fortice following his studies in Liverpool. A lifeguard from a young age, Will has always looked out for the interests of others and this is why the contract team at Fortice has grown and flourished under Will’s care.
